This Pickle starter will ferment 1 gallon of vegetables. It includes sea salt for salinity, dill weed for flavor, and natural tannin to help keep your pickles crispy. Can be used with any vegetables, but we loves using cucumbers.
Only use 1/4 of the package for one liter, or dump it all in for 1 gallon.
