Shipping policy

We currently only ship within the country of Canada. For international shipping please fill out our contact form and if possible we will issue you a shipping quote.

Category Shipping:

Due to federal regulations we can only ship kraut and kraut items within the province of Alberta at this time.

Order Processing:

Orders are prepared and shipped out within 2-7 business days.

Delivery:

Our free delivery zone includes: Calgary, Langdon, Airdrie, Okotoks, Strathmore, Balzac, Cochrane, Mossleigh, Carseland. If you are not sure whether your location is included in our free area please contact us before placing your order. If you choose one of our monthly delivery dates during checkout, your item will be hand delivered to your door on the date requested. You will receive an email from us to confirm the requested delivery.
