Choice of:
A dehydrated SCOBY is recommended for easy shipping. A Re-hydration brew is required with vinegar as your starter brew and takes approx 30 days.
OR
A live SCOBY can be shipped with your order which includes starter brew. Please be aware that a live scoby can freeze during transit in the winter. All though this will not hurt the scoby it can damage the packaging. Live SCOBY will be shipped at your own risk.
Kit includes a food grade gallon glass jar, and BPA free lid. Muslin Cloth, Elastic, Stick on Thermometer, Tea bag with Black Tea, Mesh or Metal Strainer, and a DEHYDRATED or LIVE SCOBY Mother.
