 I am a dedicated Food Activist since I started my health journey in 2011.

It is hard to find a delicious raw, fermented food today. This inspired me to share it with you.

Our Kraut is delicious, fresh, local, raw and full of good probiotics.

I am currently completing my Health Coaching certification through the largest Nutrition school in the world. I offer private health coaching through my website

   I specialize in raw foods, raw vegan, gluten free, allergies, healing the gut, autoimmune, mind body connection, and hollistic whole foods.
I currently teach alternative eating and fermentation classes through my home and privately in your home.

   I regualry recommend consumption of fermented foods DAILY, and sauerkraut is so delicious.. It started small when I offered "how to make Sauerkraut" classes in my home, to a group of 8. From there it grew from the rave reviews of how addicting the 'kraut was.
  We hope to open that door and make it easy for you to eat and love and enjoy as much as we love making it :)


Food Activist

Starting my personal food journey at the young age of 13 with vegetarianism, I’ve since explored many other food choices eventually bringing me to start my own family farm – providing fresh, local seasonal food for my family is now the cornerstone for our diets.

Joining the local community of Strathmore brought me to Tricia, who’s guided me on to fermented foods. As a mother of 2, and proud permaculture farmer I’m thrilled to be joining Holy Kraut.

I’ve seen the difference in my own and family’s health since incorporating raw, and fermented foods and believe you will too.


I stepped into the company at the end of the first market season, and I have really enjoyed it!
