Icelandic SKYR is actually a mild cheese culture that is used to make yogurt. It can be made in a yogurt maker or instant pot. It requires being heated around 100° F for 12 hours. You can use a thermos, a heating mat, an appliance with a proof setting, a seeding mat etc. All you need is whole milk and a jar.
